Terms of Use
Effective from September 1, 2026 · Applies when you use the INVO Ring product and the INVO app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using INVO products and the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Nature of the Product
INVO Ring and its companion app are health and fitness tracking devices intended for personal reference. They are NOT medical devices and must not be used to diagnose, treat, or replace the advice of a doctor or healthcare professional. Please consult a healthcare professional if you have any health concerns.
3. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
4. Limitation of Liability
We strive to ensure the accuracy of measured metrics; however, these metrics are for reference only and may contain errors. INVO is not responsible for any health-related decisions you make based on data from the Service.
5. Intellectual Property
The INVO brand, app interface, analytics algorithms and related materials are all owned by Mandala Hotel Management & Services Joint Stock Company (MHG). You are granted only a personal, non-commercial right to use the Service.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if we detect a breach of these Terms of Use, fraud in warranty/return claims, or any intrusion into our systems. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation; if no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent authority in accordance with the law.
