Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Period

• New product, first purchase: 12 months from the date of purchase
• Product replaced during the warranty period: 90 days from the replacement date, or the remaining time of the original warranty — whichever is longer

The purchase date is determined by the invoice/order confirmation or the product activation date in the app, whichever is later.

2. Warranty Coverage

We cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use in accordance with the user guide, including: sensor faults, battery faults not caused by the user, and hardware-related Bluetooth connection faults.

3. What Is Not Covered

• Products not purchased from INVO’s official distribution channels, or without a valid invoice/warranty card.
• Damage caused by drops, impacts, or immersion beyond the declared water-resistance rating.
• Products that have been disassembled or repaired by a party not authorised by INVO.
• Normal wear and tear: surface scratches, battery capacity decreasing over time.
• Damage caused by misuse, e.g. charging with an incompatible cable or adapter.
• Products whose warranty period has expired.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

• Step 1: Contact us via Fanpage, hotline or support email, providing: full name, phone number, order code or ring serial number, and a description of the fault with photos/videos.
• Step 2: We will confirm the warranty status within 48 working hours.
• Step 3: You send the product to the receiving location as instructed by us.
• Step 4: We carry out a technical inspection and notify you of the result within 3–5 working days.
• Step 5: If the fault is covered by warranty, we repair or replace it free of charge; two-way shipping costs are paid by us.
